    Spam the M320 and mini nades (with assault grenadier perk) in Hardcore Metro and you'll get this achievement very quickly.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles. Can you try restarting your computer to see if that helps? And if not, can you try

    reinstalling     Jigsaw and trying again?

    i tried restarting my computer, and reinstalling jigsaw, still it shutsdown when tryng to play any of jigsaws game

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?
