    Jigsaw can't sign in after reinstall.


    Last week someone Xbox helped me reinstall Jigsaw. But now I can't sign in to xbox. found a link in forum but when I went to the link the page was missing. I can log in to xbox.com & I can sign in there. How do I fix the problem. Thanks.

    Microsoft Jigsaw, wrong login info, now can't change

    I entered the wrong sign in name when signing in to Microsoft Jigsaw and now can't change it. It's given me a random new name which is different from my xbox console companion app and I can find no way of changing the sign in details, even by uninstalling
    and reinstalling.

    I can't sign in to Jigsaw. There has also been multiple posts on your Facebook Jigsaw page about this so it seems it's a system wide problem. A message stating that it can't log me in recommends logging in through xbox.com and reopening the app, but that
    doesn't work. It's very frustrating especially because your support person could only recommend I uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did and it also didn't change a thing. Please respond here or on your FB page that you are at least working on it.

    Can't sign in to Jigsaw

    Had a long online chat with xbox support who sent me to windows support who sent me back to xbox support who sent me to the forum. Waste of time. No support seems to be paying attention to this and obviously it has been going on much longer. Time it was
    fixed. In fact well overdue to be fixed.

    Come on support do something.

    My Jigsaw seems unable to connect to my XBox Account, so I don't have my collections and all. Uninstall and re-install only got me from 72, 000 Gold to 1500 Gold -.- Fix it, please, I want my collections back
