Jewels of Rome. Game will not accept credit card info to pay for items.

Just had my computer cleaned/adjusted at best buy and now Jewels of Rome will not let me enter credit card info to buy items. Suggestions? Be advised that my granddaughter usually helps me with this stuff. I need to let you know I just above a Luddite regarding my knowledge of technology.

Will I need to go back to Best Buy to get it fixed?

Depending on the error that you're getting whenever you're trying to enter your information. If I may ask what is the error that you're getting? It can be an in-game issue so we need to validate.

I tried to work it out but they couldn't do my payment option, so what more could I do. They don't accept my bank card which is like a credit card and they don't accept pay pal. I was going to get one of those green dot cards, but they don't accept those
neither. I don't have a capital one or american express card or no item under that type of "card".

If this is in game currency, it can take upto 48 hours for them to appear in game. If they do not show, then you will need to contact the game developer/publisher to find out what has gone wrong. In this case it will be G5 games.
