Bonjour, il y'a quelque temps j'ai acheter Gears 4 et sans le faire exprès c'était une édition spéciale du coup j’avais tous les Gears offert, donc j'ai marquer les codes, tous les jeux marcher sans aucun problème sauf qu'un jour un de mes gears
(Gears Of War Judgment) a totalement disparu et du coup bah le code marche plus car je les déj utiliser donc je voudrais savoir si il était possible que vous m'envoyer un nouveau code???? Si vous voulez je vous montre le boité qui confirme que j'ai vraiment
les jeux offert et que je vous ment pas (j'ai aussi perdu la carte avec les codes donc bon). Mercii d'avance ! Si vous ne pouvez pas je comprend et je pense même que vous pouvez pas mais on c'est jamais hein x).

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Choose the category - Xbox or Xbox on Windows 10
Step 2 : Ask a question
A new window will pop up
Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such
as:

Message with an Xbox Gamer
Call me back ***
Ask the Community

Unfortunately, here in Xbox Forums, we do not have the appropriate tools to further assist. As recommended please
contact customer support for further assistance.

Sorry for the confusion!

If you're having problems getting in contact with support, I would say that when prompted to speak to a virtual representative, that you decline so that you are offered different support options on the
contact us page.

Now, I would like to also clarify that you should not need a new code.

If you had redeemed a code on your account, the licenses should be applied to it through our services including any game DLC. If it's on the One, it should also save your saved data as well. If the game disappeared, or got uninstalled, it should come up
in the "Ready to Install" section of Games & apps.

If the game does not come up in Games & apps, then I would make sure that you are signed in the account that the game was purchased through by checking your order history at

account.microsoft.com or on the console at Settings> Account> Payment & Billing> Order History.

If anything the best thing to do would be to reach out to our live support team as they have the tools to further assist.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
