Hello, following the reinstallation of Windows 7 on my desktop I wanted to reinstall also "Microsoft flight" and for that I have to go through "Games for Windows Marketplace" and there instead of downloading my purchases I receive a message error message:
"Error retrieving your purchases." Disconnect and try later. " It's been 8 months that it lasts.

Despite the various exchanges with all your services I am always at the same point and now I can say "THIS IS ENOUGH"

I REQUIRE YOU TO RELEASE THIS SERVICE SO THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASES

Microsoft Flight Simulator on Xbox a good idea?

Microsoft Flight isn't Microsoft Flight Simulator. Different game and it's not as demanding as your think. Most PCs/Laptops should be able to run it.

Microsoft Flight is the latest installment to the flight genre though.

MICROSOFT FLIGHT is a flight sim. And you fly planes in that game.

Thank you for posting, I do recommend verifying the account being used is the same account used to originally purchase the game. Here's an article on how to do so:
View your Microsoft Account order history

This error could also be attributed to a connection error, if possible try connecting via another internet connection.

Microsoft Flight Simulator est-il le seul jeu qui vous pose problème ? Essayez d’installer et de lancer un autre jeu pour vérifier.

Quelle version de Windows utilisez-vous ? Est-ce 10 ou 11? Pouvez-vous vérifier que vous avez installé toutes les mises jour pour votre système ?
