Jerky Character Animations in Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice from Xbox Game Pass

Strange issue tonight. In my usual search I've seen no similar claims of my issue. A quick specs outline:

Ryzen 7 3700x

Radeon RX 5700 XT

16GB RAM

At least during the opening sequence, which I have not been able to stand passing, character animations present horrendous stuttering. However, the overall image presents a smooth quality. FPS is locked to 60. I've toggled V-sync and altered the frame limit
in Engine.ini to no avail. Though it is not apparent this would resolve the issue given a lack of frame drops. I've cycled through the graphical settings to see if something was tripping the jerkiness to no effect. Has anyone been able to replicate this issue?
Perhaps Microsoft missed a patch? On an additional note the driver reports 99% GPU utilization with the game running in background either as windowed or fullscreen.

A tangential issue that occurred to me in breaking this down. Is there anyway to change the install location of Game Pass data? The default obscures it not only behind layers of hidden folders and permissions, but seems to completely disallow read/write
ability of individual files to anyone other than SYSTEM. I enjoy being able to alter the things I put on my computer instead of considering it a magic box.
