Bonsoir, quand j'allume ma console un message d'erreur apparait: " Désolé, nos services ne fonctionnent pas correctement bla bla bla ......." Je n'ai accès uniquement a ce message, je ne peux rien faires d'autres ! Qu'est ce qui se passe chez Microsoft !!!!?????

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand your console is not booting up properly on its own is that correct? Do you have access to your settings menus at all? I recommend you try to preform a soft factory reset to
get past this issue. You can do so from your Settings under System select Console Info and you can see the options to "Reset Console" select Keep my Games & Apps and let it restart.

You may be able to perform a soft factory reset using the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. To see if this option is available on your console, follow these steps:

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

(Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover your account after any reset)

Oui ma console est connecté internet et je reçois pas de message d'erreur mais surtout je ne vois même pas le disque c'est comme ci je n'avais pas mis le disque la console ne le reconnaît même pas
