January VIP rewards

So I have not received any notification on VIP for December. Just the 250 from Decembers poll. My account should some Xbox present mission nonsense but no deposit. Is there a delay or issue with last months deposit? I spent like 300 dollars.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month so it would be too soon to see credits pending for January
purchases.

 

Missing Rewards

Hi,

Looks like I’m missing a lot of points from offers since December. I completed Movie marathon, Must watch and Triple feature in both December and January but have only revived some of these points and VIP gems.

I also gained enough for the Main mission/reward in January too but the purchases don’t seem to have registered.

Doesn’t look like I’ve received all the cash back on my purchases for my rank either.

I’ve also completed a number of the vip rewards including renewing gold, consecutive survey entries, consecutive monthly offers and consecutive months of gold but haven’t received the medals or gems.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So credits for December should show over the next few days. Keep in mind that any games that counted towards the Rewards Story offer will not be included in your rebate.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The Present event pending in your account is from last month's "A Rewards Story" offer. Since that offer required the completion of three chapters in order to receive
Credits for the offer, you did not receive any Credits for that offer.
