january survey

Hello gallers,

Those Credits are pending now. Apologies for the delay.

There is a delay in depositing those points into accounts. If the system says you have completed the survey then rest assured the 250 points will be deposited at some point this month.

ok what about the survey from January and November that's still "pending"?

If you were able to take the survey more than once, then the survey is not working correctly for you and you'll want to post in the

Rewards forum asking for assistance.

I'm in the same boat and no surveys I complete are registering for me since January. They'll be giving me the January survey Points in about a week and they'll assist me with troubleshooting February's survey, so hopefully they'll be able to help you as
well!
