Прошу отключить мне подписку x box live gold и вернуть деньги на карту,т.к. я не собирался её продлевать,деньги списали без моего ведома!

The best way to turn off auto re-new for Xbox live gold is to sign into your account at
Account.Microsoft.com/, and then click on
Services and subscriptions.

Once you click on Services and subscriptions you can look for the Xbox live gold and change recurring billing from On to Off.

you may also contact a live support agent for assistance to turn off auto re-new, and or to cancel the subscription as a whole.

The best way to reach Live Support would be here:

Contact Us

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks, pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).
