Never received my Gamerscore Super Deal Code

Hello,

i've got the same problem. Even though I updated my Live account with my latest emailadress before, I did not receive the code via email.

Xbox Gamerscore Mega Deal

My code was sent to an email that is inactive (June 3rd), after I chatted with support they told me to come here and post what happened to get the code sent to my Xbox. I've also ensured that the email is updated.

how can i update my microsoft live email address for xbox if i no longer have access to the email that i initially set up? I've done the password reset option but i can not access that email address to reset my password so i could update my email

I apologize but according to Xbox support:

"Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

I have here methods on how you can possibly locate the email address that you may have used. Do you have an Xbox console in your household? You can check it from there.

"If you're already signed in on an Xbox console, look in the upper-left corner of the Home screen. You should see your gamertag, name, and the email that's used to sign in rotating there."
