Yes, I've spent 16 days trying to get this to install, its a joke to be honest, jumped through all the hoops that have been put in front of me and still nothing resolved?

I also have this issue. I've tried removing my credit cards from my Microsoft account, and re-installing the app - I still have this problem.

it is an SQL related problem.

Just right click the app and choose unstall, then re-install it from the Xbox store for free.

It might hang a little bid when downloading but it works. If you see "pending", just restart your pc and the app will be installed. Works fine after that.

This is all happening on windows 10.

My hardware specs are:

CPU - 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11700
RAM - 32 Gb
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
Motherboard - TUF B560m-PLUS WIFI.

This whole problem is only with flight simulator (that i bought on steam but I've tried to install over Xbox but it still has the same problem)
