Ive tried multiple ways to upload a picture of me as my Gamerpic and an error always pops up

This feature has been disabled for the time being. they have not said when they will re-enable it, but it will likely be when activity returns back to a normal level. Maintaining moderation on the extremely high
levels of traffic right now, and with many of their employees and staff working remotely, was too much of a strain where those resources could be better used else where to maintain the service better under this heavy load. Keep an eye on the Xbox
Wire for the latest news for changing services and updates as the situation unfolds, as it regards to Xbox Live, at least.

No error message. When i choose a gamerpic that ive download it sets it on my console but not on xbox.com and other forums. For example i have my gamerpic set as one from the "Arrow" picture pack but on the forums it just has my avatar picture

It happened to me a few days ago I tried to change my gamerpic but then they put a base picture on me since they had problems uploading my photo it lasted 2 days so until it finally changed.

I give up!!!

Now that the Xbox App allows Custom Gamerpics, I am STILL getting the same issue I was getting with the Xbox (Beta) App while trying to upload a gamerpic! I even tried to boot up the updated Beta App and both Apps are giving me the same "Sorry, we can't
upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while" message. I totally give up! I can not find a single person who is also getting this error, nobody from support knows what is going on either!
