    For us to further isolate the issue, may I know the specific troubleshooting steps you have done so far to connect your console to the internet?

    Have you also tried connecting your console using both wired and wireless internet connection?

    Same thing is happening to me my Xbox one s won't connect to my internet but will connect to a hotspot or being hard wired but still won't connect to the wireless after doing all the steps
