Hey, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on games and digital content and have zero points on rewards some how. It states the 1 point = $1 I just could use some help figuring out why I have zero.

No rewards points associated with my account

I have been purchasing games/media through Xbox marketplace for years, and I have not received any rewards points in any way. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Please let me know.

(Support) I am having a hard time understanding what's going on.

So I am having a hard time understanding how I earn rewards points from purchases because what I'm earning and receiving just doesn't add it up with my purchase history. I'm constantly buying games and paying for digital content in the store but I feel as
though I don't get much reward points back and I haven't gone up in the VIP rank in so long even though I have spent hundreds of dollars online!

I hope this issue is resolved as it makes no sense why I cannot see the digital content Ive purchased myself except for in certain areas. Microsoft doesn't even comment on how much profit they generate off of digital content except to say it is substantial.
I'm sure the hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars being spent online by your customers for digital data that is usually a few kilobytes, can be spent to make these avatar props visible to the people who bought them. I have purchased a few hundred
of dollars worth of XBLA games,DLC and avatar items and will no longer spend any money online until the issue is addressed.

I have spent a few hundred dollars in microsoft points buying arcade games and downloadable content. If they wont resolve this by either fixing the game or refunding my money, I willl think twice the next time I want to buy microsoft points.

Unbelievable. I have been an Xbox Rewards member since the very beginning (2010). I remember when they were giving out XBLA arcade game codes as prizes, and sent out the 'diamond rewards' card. The MyVIP 10% points back on purchases is one of the main
reasons I choose to by Xbox digital over PSN. After I get done here, I'm going to go look at what PlayStation Rewards is currently offering. The rewards tracker states I have earned 853,339 points in the program so far - so YES - the rewards program was
paying out fairly well. On the other hand, it was also tempting me to pump thousands of dollars into Microsoft digital sales.

I'm sure this was a business decision based on cost savings - especially when they saw a large group of members start to approach the XBOXONE-X carrot they were using in the Gems promotion. Overall, it's pretty disgusting and really makes my loyalty feel
forgotten. Dumping us into MS rewards only gives us 1 point for every dollar spent? At the top tier (level 2), I would be rewarded with $3 of MS account credit for every $2,900.00 spent. Eck. Not very rewarding.

spent a few hundred on these so far without any problems and have just spent a further £30 on 4200 points that came in less than 10 mins.
