I've spent 1000's and got back hardly anything

Hi, i have spents thousands of dollars in the past year or two. In rewards i have gotten almost nothing back. Ive called in and the person told me the only way to check is to get on here and create a post. If someone could check and see my account. it would
be easy to calculate that I've gotten now where near back that I'm supposedly to get according to the 5 star chart.

Unexpected Perma-Banned Account

My microsoft account [Mod Removed - Personal Information] got permanentlybanned for no reason and can I get it back or at least my money I've spent over a 1000 on that account and know u ban me wots the point

Why?

Maybe I'm being negative, but why are countless people trying to upload their 30 seconds of recorded 'epic skillzzz' on Youtube? There are 1000's and 1000's of COD videos out there already, hardly any of them are unique as it is.

I don't even know what quest he's talking about. I've done hardly anything in the game. I've completed the Winterhold quest line, got up to watching Alduin bring a dragon back to life with Daphine, and got turned into a Werewolf in the Companions. I have
done nothing else yet.

I got the same exact glitch right now. And Crazy, its not possible to try and buy anything since when you try to it shows -135 points in my account despite the fact that I only had 25 in there to begin with. It would have been a nice thank you for the $1000s
i've spent on downloads in the store though.

I've got not problem spending 560 or even 800 Microsoft/BioWare Points for it... but anything over 1000, no thanks.
