    i've solved my hacked account but it was suspended


    My personal Account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** was blocked but i have loads of personal data such as photos documents and gaming data linked to it.
    i've changed my password, added a verification app to solve it. it was working well until yesterday. i need to get access to my data! please help me!

    Permanently Suspended and don’t know why

    My son’s account has been hacked and was sending people harassment messages so that included that person to then go report him and now it says he is permanently suspended and I don’t know how to solve it.

    I got the same problem but for me they permantly suspended my account ofr my secuirty because i've been hacked but now i recover it. i made 3 forms but my account is still Locked :/

    Error 0x8004888d

    @Fabian73, this problem was solved as it was a service issue with live.. Are you getting the same error code 0x8004888D or are you getting some different error?

    One other thing you could check is logging into the live account associated with your gamertag.. Sometimes Microsoft servers will see a constant login as a hacked account and suspends it.. I've had this happen twice in a week to me.
