I've refunded the game and later on i buyed the same game again

If the subscription you refunded is no longer active in your account ( https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ), then you can purchase the subscription again if you wish. However, if the subscription still appears active, I recommend waiting for it to be canceled. If you purchase the subscription again while the other one is still active, you risk both being canceled.

I've seen plenty other people with this same issue and always with Xbox 360 games, so yeah something must be done about this. I asked for a refund and it was accepted, maybe I'll try buying one of them a second time later and hopefully the issue will have magically disappeared.

Because you bought the game two years ago on Xbox, it's unlikely you'll get a refund for it and will have to buy the game again on PC,

I bought Modern Warfare for day one release on Xbox and a couple years later, i got it for PC for which i had no choice but to buy it again if i wanted to play the game on PC.

I've tried the trial out and thoughtit it looked and played the same as 2008's game to be honest. I'll buy the full game later today.

Same problem here with the same game. I wasnt able to buy it with MP, so i use my credit card. But the real problem is i get to 80% and i get "The Download could not be completed. Please try again later" and have to star from 0% again. I´ve download it 4
times!!! and always the same error. I've deleted the content and the cache, but nothing.
