Ive redeemed the menace cape and the minecraft experience cape but i never received it

The Menace Cape should first appear in the Bedrock Edition dressing room.

Kindly double-check that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account where you redeemed the cape because if you're using a different account in the Minecraft Launcher, the cape won't appear.

And then close and reopen the Minecraft Launcher to refresh your account and sync any redeemed items.

To set your expectation properly, it can take up to 72 hours for it to show up in your Minecraft account. Please know that this delay is normal and caused by server-side processing.

If you want to receive your cape on your Minecraft: Java Edition profile sooner, you can try to activate it by signing into Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Here’s how:

Wait for notification that your cape was granted or redeem your code.

Start the Minecraft Launcher.

Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

Exit Minecraft: Bedrock Edition after you verified that your item is available in the Dressing Room.

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher and close the application.

Restart the Minecraft Launcher and sign in again with the same Microsoft account.

Select Minecraft: Java Edition in the Launcher.

Select Skins.

Highlight the skin you are currently using.

Click … and select Edit.

Click your cape and select Save & Use.

It is important that you sign out and restart to make sure Minecraft: Java edition reconnects and finds your cape. If the process above doesn't work, you may need to wait until the official Minecraft: Java Edition cape grant after the event or promotion end date.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your cape in your account. Can you please check in here if your Menace cape is showing as redeemed? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If it is listed in there, please try following the steps below:

1. Restart your device.
2. Logout your Microsoft account in Minecraft then sign back in.
3. Go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Menace cape is now showing.

If your cape is still not showing in your game, you will have to contact Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...
