I've Received A Permanent Ban For Playing This

I've Played Grand Theft Auto Five Numerous Times. So why is it when I kill a group of people a couple of times, I get banned? I mean look how easy it is to get banned, I played a game (which you're meant to do on xbox) then a small group of people report
me. Probably on multiple accounts to I get banned permanently. They broke the code of conduct not me and yet I receive a permanent ban. I made a case review and the decision was upheld is there anything else I can do besides starting all over again and buying
all my games again?

Enforcement

My son has received a communication enforcement ban. I've found it in the enforcement history page, but it doesn't say an end date. There's no option for a dispute. Does this mean it's permanent? This is the first time it's happened-what will he have done
to warrant a permanent suspension.?? Thanks from an un xboxy mum
