    I've purchased a new laptop and now I can't install and play minecraft that I have already...


    I played Minecraft on my old laptop but it died so I've purchased a new laptop and now I can't install and play Minecraft that I have already paid for. On my account It doesn't show that I've purchased it, but I had it on my old laptop with the same account.

    I see. If you always used a Microsoft account, it must be recorded on your order history. To verify the ownership of the game, please review your account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and find your Minecraft game there and if it says "Completed".

    If it's not there, it's possible that it was on a different account. Maybe you have other email addresses to check with via the Microsoft website https://account.microsoft.com/

    I think it was always under Microsoft, so no I never migrated.

    I think we purchased the game around 2-4 years ago, I think on the Microsoft store.

    Minecraft windows 10 edition is not in my library

    Im having a similar issue. I purchased Minecraft for windows 10 on my desktop so i could play with my friend who has a switch. Im now in college with a laptop and when i go into the same Microsoft account it is not in my library. however a game like Forza
    Horizon 4 is? i went to the Xbox companion app and indeed it shows when i last played Minecraft for windows 10 as this Microsoft account but i can't download it on this laptop.
