    We need to validate that you're signed in under the correct account as well as the order is successful.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order from there stated as "completed" or "pre-ordered". Once confirmed, check if you're on the right Microsoft account.

    You can also check the order history on your Xbox by following the steps below:

    "1. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    2. Select Order history to view your purchases."

    Once you have confirmed the status as "completed" or "pre-ordered" and it's on the correct account, simply perform a powercycle on your console.
