I've preordered 4 games and it's experiencing difficulty..

I've preordered 4 games (watchdogs 2, dishonored 2, CoD: Infinite Warfare, & Resident Evil 7) and the punchcard is saying I only preordered 2 but when I scroll down and look through all the games it says I preordered all of them except RE7 why? And if not
could you punch the card I could send photos

I'm experiencing the same thing with regards to Insane difficulty; but I think it's because at some point someone may have quit out. So while it's shows 4 characters for every chapter at some point I was only playing with 3 people and that's keeping the
acheivement from unlocking.

I've preordered Forza 4 limited edition and Assassins Creed collectors edition. My other half has preordered MW3 and Gears 3 so four games so far. Wouldn't mind getting PES 2012 once there's some more info on it!

 

The reward team will have to see what the issue is. The way the promotion works is the completion is credited within 96 hours of the game's release. Since RE7 releases at the end of January that means it will not register until then, you can find that in
the FAQ section of the reward website. However, if you already pre-ordered 3 games prior to RE7 then it may just be a glitch they have to correct.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. Due to the recent Holiday, it may take them a couple of extra days to respond due to a backlog of questions.

 

well yea I get the three day thing and when it didn't work after my third game I thought it would after the fourth for sure. (it's been 3 days so I'll give it another 24hrs Xbox probably has a lot on their plate around the holiday) I've just preordered 4
so I feel like I should already have dealt with this instead of doing monthly surveys for the past 3 months
