I've paid for but not received DLC

I have tried to buy the DLCs for Fallout New Vegas, but when I try and buy them, I receive a message saying that the action couldn't be completed, please try again. I have not been able to download any of the DLCs, but I have been charged £6.75 for Honest
hearts, and have not received it! I have restarted my console, my broadband router, I've waited 24 hours, tested connection, everything, but the problem persists. Trying to get in contact with Microsoft is like talking to a brick wall. Anyone who can help
please?

Gold paid but not received

Check with Xbox support about billing. You can always see what transactions have been processed through your account at microsoft.com then logging in,

I see both of the transactions on my account. But after each transaction, i have got only 200 of gold, but not the amount I paid for.

How do I contact the Xbox support?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the content. Is it possible the transaction for the DLC didn't go through properly? You can check your transaction history

And you would have to have paid for the dlc to receive the game for free

$80 for DLC? The most I ever paid for DLC was $25... tops.

Like I said.. too many negative reviews, horrible looking gameplay (from the videos I've seen), and now over priced DLC.

I was contemplating that actually. I just don't feel that it's necessary to have to pay more just to play the DLC that I've already paid for. :/

I've pre ordered mw3 vault edition. My card has already been charged and successfully paid on the 27th August. I've received my weapon blueprints and what not. Now I just received an email from Microsoft saying that payment has failed. But yet it's already been paid for. Hope people aren't getting scammed from this

This is just speculation on a reason, but I know a lot of users had issues with the Day 1 DLC not installing due to an error. Afterward, if the user attempted to redeem the code again they would receive an error message stating such. If they went to the
game and chose Show All Add-Ons the DLC wouldn't be listed and it wasn't available in the store. So these users didn't have access to the content they paid for. Microsoft's fix versus receiving thousands of calls about the DLC, validating the codes, sending
new codes/workarounds (begin speculation) might have been to make it available to all to rather than have thousands of man hours used and phone calls to focus on more important issues such as the "Green Screen of Death" and "grinding" consoles. Although it
is unfortunate that many paid extra for this content and now it is available to all, you are still receiving what you have paid for.
