    ive paid 10.99 for and xbox gaming pass ive cancelled reaccuring bill and you send a message to say game pass runs out today surely if you taken 10..99 it should run out 3rd of next month unless ur reinbursing the 10.99 ????

    Sorry, you cannot pause your xbox-live subscription. As your pre-paid duration is already paid for. Only option is to cancel your subscription, but you are welcomed to renew your subcription at any time you deem fit.

    Hi, thanks for the advice. Ive checked and my console and its already set as my home console. Also im not due to pay again till December. So i guess ive just paid twice for the same subcription. And its carrying over a month. I think its somehow sorted

    I've had to renew again just to get live gold working. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ÂŁ10.99 A MONTH for some games. Please cancel the Ultimate and let us have Live Gold (which I have already paid for) This is shocking that cancelling Ultimate would then cancel
    Live Gold. Shame on you
