I know exactly which email address it should be associated with, that one isn’t working. I’ve tried logging in with any other emails I have just in case and none of them work.

I think my accounts didn’t migrate correctly, we found I’m logged in on a pc I’ve not used in awhile and it shows I have Java, but there is no email address associated with it that I can see, and when I try to get account information it asks me to login which just leads me back to I’ve tried logging in with all of my email addresses and none of them are associated with the logged in account.

I have emails showing I purchased the game. I can’t seem to find anyone I can contact to show them this proof though.

This may mean that you're not signed in under the account where you migrated your Mojang account.

Please sign in using all Microsoft accounts that you own.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Achievements will only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them.
