Ambassadors do not work for Microsoft. We are just fellow gamers. You'll actually find that there have been a lot of people who have complained about the controllers, but typically online you're going to find more people who complain about an issue than
people who haven't had the same issue. There really isn't a way for any of us to know for sure if the issues you've had are just bad luck with the controllers or if it is the way you've been playing. However, most of the time, and this is true for any type
of electronic device, if a person has the same issue multiple times it usually comes down to how the device is handled rather than the device itself. Personally I've had a couple of weird glitches with a couple of controllers I have, but nothing that's actually
broken.

I understand. It also just sucks because controllers are kind of seen as throw-away items these days because they're cheaper to replace (compared to the console itself) than to repair it. Microsoft doesn't even repair them, they just send a replacement
when you set up a repair for one. Even just a basic standard controller is overpriced for me.

i have had an xbox ons s for over 2 years now, I have only had one controller break and that was my own fault, I had the controller sat on my chair and as i got up it fell about 2 feet onto carpet and unfortunately cracked the circuit board behind one of
the thumbsticks.

My 360 controllers would develop stick drift all the time but that was due to use was easily fixable myself.

Unfortunately if your control is out of warranty then theres nothing microsoft can do for you in terms of repair/replacement.
