I've over 2500 points today but the rewards app says i only have 1412 points, why is that?

Are the punch cards the cards you flip over to try and match?

You'll find the pounch cards in the Rewards App. Currently in the UK it is watch 3 movies (rent or buy) over a certain price and get 2500 points.

Actually xbox support have nothing to do with Microsoft rewards program its separate departments and they will argue that fact over and over as I have been through online chats and requesting call backs this is a problem for Microsoft rewards support which
do not have a complaints department I have emailed them asking to be sent a link where it states what they are trying to claim as true but so far I have had no response and again i point out that theres a punchcard on the rewards app for buying or renting
3 movies over £3.49 now i know i get points per purchase as well as the 2500 for completion of the punchcard.

This did nothing to help... worst timing as I cant finish my 20th weekly rewards to get my bonus 2500 reward points... I've tried hard resets, contacting support, uninstalling, reinstalling, trying it on another console etc..

I think a quick patch is necessary..

You don't get 2500 weekly...you only get it as a one-off every 10 weeks. So:

Weeks 21-29: You get your usual 100 points

Week 30: You get your usual 100 points plus the 2500 point bonus

Weeks 31-39: Usual 100 points

Week 40: 100 points plus 2500 bonus
