    I don't understand why I'm rolled back to level one of the rewards all the time., And I have to go after them, it is seldom given to me. Also, for whatever reason, I've never participated in the group goal or received any benefit from the group goal.
    I try to play at least one game a day. Could you give me a clue as to why. Thanks in advance

    I have not received my rewards for Game pass

    I participated in the Xbox Game Pass Goals Prize Draw back in Sept. but I have not received any rewards for it. I don't know why I havent but I have friends who have got their rewards weeks ago.

    Microsoft Bingo - Where are my community goals keys?!!!?

    I reached the 100 key goal on the France power card. The bottom of the screen said I*d receive my reward when the community goal was reached. Less than 1000 away from that lasts night, I wake up this morning and no new keys, counter is reset and I have nothing.
    I don't plan on renewing this game subscription again if I don't receive the rewards I've worked for and spent money on playing a game. What's up with that?

    I think it might just be laziness in hopes they don't have to pay out for participants , I've posted in here for every moth since September's rewards, and only skipped March since there was no reward for that one

    can recieve a reward, then have the rewards essentially denied to you. Not using Mixr or participating in MixPot events if this is the baseline for customer service involving them.

    Controller is actually a pretty good reason to go with X1 over PS4 for multiplats...best one I've heard. Not that I prefer the X1 pad...the DS4 is the best controller I have EVER used but I understand that is subjective.

    Wow, that's kind of BS. Chalk up another reason to not buy an X1. I've never had a card on file with MS, I refuse to. I've always used my balance which I add to with prepaid cards and Bing rewards. I don't like the idea of MS demanding direct access to my
    funds if I want full functionality with an X1.
