I've made several purchases, but not seeing any points on my account

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We see that your progress is accurate. You may not have been aware of the recalibration
in December, which set your progress back to the default state.

Purchases of fifa points have been made on my account. I did not make the purchases and have not received the points.

Microsoft will not refund me for these under their term of sale agrrement.

can anyone tell me how these could have been bought without my knowledge, and is there any way to prove to MIcrosoft that I have not made these purchases.

I've tried hard resets.

The purchase history on account.microsoft.com is broken and missing several years of activity on both of my accounts.

(I think that's everything that was bought with Microsoft Points)

The old download history on Xbox.com that also showed the purchase dates is gone too. Luckily I printed it so I have at least the purchase dates for my 360 content archived.

The new "My Games" section on Xbox.com is also broken. For example it only shows one demo for one of the accounts. That's an account I used to buy several games with.

Java migration doesn't affect the Windows 10 edition, or any other purchase on your Microsoft account, if you don't see the purchase it's because that account hasn't made any purchase, you have made it on a different email account

Hey there .

Do you have any other accounts on your Xbox One that may have made the free "purchase" when the games were available? It's possible they were purchased on your Xbox One while it was set as their Home console allowing the account you're on currently to play
it. The account that made the original "purchase" would need to set your Xbox One console as it's home console again.

Also I don't believe you even read the full extent of the issue as you can see my first point is "

1. No I did not and do not have any other account on my Xbox."
