    I've lost my xbox game pass account


    I have an active xbox game pass subscription, but i can't manage it outside the app, i lost access to the email (i think) its associated with, (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) but when i try to log in it wont let me, i dont recognise the email to get the log in code and the same goes for the phone number, i don't know what else to try, i'd like to get help to recover it or to link my xbox account to a different email

    Did the complete opposite, had 84 games owned and now have 21. Lost all my apps, lost the game pass, lost Xbox gold, and lost my other account. Fml

    That page will show you several ways on how you might find your account email again.

    If that doesn't work, be aware that Microsoft might also delete your account, if it's inactive for more than 5 years. So if you are sure of the email you're trying to use, and it's not found, you might have not used the account in the past 5 years, and it
    has been deleted.

    Activity Policy if and when an account might (not) be removed from the service due to inactivity.
