No Microsoft agent can do this, if you do not have account access you will have to fill in the account recovery form.

That page will show you several ways on how you might find your account email again.

If that doesn't work, be aware that Microsoft might also delete your account, if it's inactive for more than 5 years. So if you are sure of the email you're trying to use, and it's not found, you might have not used the account in the past 5 years, and it
has been deleted.

Activity Policy if and when an account might (not) be removed from the service due to inactivity.
