I'VE LOST ALL MY MINECRAFT DUNGEON'S PROGRESS

Last week I bought Minecraft Dungeons and begun to play it. I've been enjoying it but just entered and lost all my progress! My Xbox user is "LeanCrown8829" and I play on pc and when just entered the game was like the first time I played it. It's very weird
because on my Xbox account I have all the achievements that I made on the game. Please help,

Have you contacted mojang about the problem or have you deleted any of the progress

Support for this game is a joke.. Ive had this issue happen twice now .. Ive removed the game and wont be going back to it at all

También me pasa lo mismo, y ya reporté el problema a soporte de mojang y estoy a espera de su respuesta. pero entre ha la carpeta donde se guarda el progreso, y el personaje me sale, pero en el juego no, y da rabia volver a inicia.
