    Do you get an error code or message when trying to accept the invite? Have you tried to perform troubleshooting on your end?

    Thanks for the info! I have some steps here that we can try to isolate the issue. Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to check if the issue persists.

    If that did not work, try changing your DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings > manual

    Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

    then check again.
