    I've just reported one of my friends. Can I get him unbanned?


    Earlier today, my friends and I were joking around on Xbox. One of them (I don't know if I should put his gamer tag in) called me an "egotistical twat". I didn't think anything of it; this was all in good jest, but I reported him as a joke. He's now communication
    banned for a week. Is there any chance of him getting unbanned? <3

    Yesterday my son was playing with his two friends from school on Minecraft. One blew up ones house and so my son blew up his house. They were having the normal day to day mini argument about it. I then get an email on his phone saying his comms has been
    suspended for 7 days. I've spoken to my sons friends and there parents (my friends) and neither of them have reported him.

    Why has he been suspended if neither of them reported him?

    My son is only 11 and I've tried to do a case review but keep failing the code of conduct questions.

    The wording on them can make it tricky to answer the questions!. I failed 3 yesterday and just failed 3 again today. Is there anyway I can just send an email? I'm the parent. Advice please.

    A player Modded BO1 and kicked me off my internet

    Can I give you his gamertag and you can suspend him or something? Because my friend reported him then my friend got suspended righ when he reported the same guy that kicked me off my internet

    He could try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but as he did violate the code of conduct, it's unlikely it will be overturned.

    whoops

    The enforcement team are the only ones who could unban him and they do not use the forums. Your friend would have been banned because he did something to violate the rules, not just because you reported him.

    This happened to a friend once. The one player was a really annoying one and started using curse words in the Xbox Chat. My friend used one too but the other guy reported him. He got banned for couple days but i told him to contact Microsoft support. They
    help him out he got unbanned after a day and the other guy got banned afterwards.

    You can't. They would need to go to the enforcement site and see about submitting a case review.
