    I’ve just purchased a shark card but haven’t received a code or credits for GTA. I have checked that the purchase has been processed and there doesn’t seem to be an issue that end. Any ideas?

    If you purchased it from the Xbox Store on the console or on the website, the shark card automatically goes on your account. You do not get a code. The next time you launch GTA V, the money from the shark card should be in your game. If it doesn't show up within a 24 hours period then contact Xbox Support from support.xbox.com/contact-us
