I've just Pre-Ordered Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition but have not received any reward ...

As the title suggests, I've just Pre-Ordered GhostRecon Wildlands and have not received the 6,000 Reward Points for spending over $60 before March 31st

(Xbox Live Rewards)

Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition cost me £79.99 ($90) so I don't understand why I haven't been credit.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

No pre-order punch-card rewards

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 Deluxe Edition, Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition, Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe Edition all within the promotion window. I didn't receive the punch-card pre-order rewards rebate, and I don't see the rewards as pending on my
account.

Ghost Recon Wildlands Pre-Order Reward Credits Missing

Hello, I pre-ordered the Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard edition the other day and never received my reward credits for doing so. Since then I have gotten a refund in hopes to get the credits added to my account so I can upgrade to the deluxe edition.

Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So depending on how recently you purchased it, it may be too early to see the credits. Also keep in mind that that game is eligible for the Games on Demand punchcard offer
so it might have gone towards that offer instead (support will post back about that).
