I’ve just completed all the achievements for Elden Ring.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

I appreciate you letting me know, David. In this case, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I have already done this three times

Thats the thing i went to check if elden ring was ever on game pass and it hasn’t been. Its crazy to have to rebuy a game that just deleted itself , and support saw the achievements and everything

Just got the machine back from Microsoft so was completely reset. Downloaded deathloop cyberpunk elden ring and plague tale requim and they all crashed, plenty of space on the side over half empty and nothing in quick resume. I have reset the console and downloaded again but no change.
