    My son new X box X won't play Fortnite for him,we've downloaded twice now,think it was the problem.Still won't connect,keeps going back to the games library.Is it that we need to buy games monitor?He has a 24 in smart TV?at the moment.Please help!??

    Hello. I got my son an xbox 1 s with the fortnite skin code, for his 12th birthday. When we put in the code, it says its already used. He loves fortnite and he has always wanted this xbox skin. Help. It was brand new by the way.

    Hello Coll42,

    Let's try a simple fix, please, power cycle the console to clear its cache data and try again.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Let me know if it works!

    Thank you.He doesn't have any error message just goes back to Games library after trying to connect.Ive contacted epic,and they say it will need to be looked into further.They have tried lots of different things.It should work !but doesn't.
