I've gotten the same "you must own.." prompt.

I have pre ordered the game a couple months ago. Now when I tried to download my game it says I don't own it. The funds never returned to my card and when I tried the solution of deleting and re-downloading it acts as if I never bout it and prompts me to pay another 75$ again.

We must not be playing the same system and using the same service. I see a system and service that has become complacent and have gotten rid of features and added useless ones. Not to mention a total shift away from exclusive core ip. To each their own I
