    Hello,

    Well, this morning, in the middle of a game that i was playing, i was signed out of my account into another xbox, and exactly 1 hour ago, as i was out somewhere, that person signed into my account again and massaged swear words and got me banned, so i
    came back and i was banned

    For information about your ban, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     and submit a case review. Investigations do take time so the action could have taken place weeks or months before they suspension.

    I've gotten banned

    I've gotten banned for two things on days I wasn't even online, I just need someone from the enforcement team to tell me exactly why I was banned for harassing when I haven't done anything...

    I can't play any games online. I'm pretty sure I'm console banned or something but I didnt get any message or notification and I dont know what I did to receive the ban.I wont lie and say I've never gotten suspensions in the past but I have no idea

    The Microsoft guy I talked to said the guy that was posing as a moderator that did the stuff to my cod could have been using a jtag or something which would have gotten my account banned.

    I've personally never touched anything like that closest thing would be cheat codes off a website lol but never used any 3rd party hardware or software

    And onyx62is I've done all that because of the banned concles attached to my profile they upheld the ban even tho my concle has never been banned nor have I gotten any warnings in my email or on microsoft
