I've gotten an issue where I try to login but get asked that there was suspicious activity...

I'm very sorry to hear that you've experienced a suspicious login to your account, I do understand how valuable your Microsoft account and the games associated with it are, and I do hope that your account can be recovered without any problems.



I would like to know if you have received any suspicious activity log messages in your email or other authentication methods? Typically, Microsoft will notify you in the contact form if there is suspicious activity.

In the meantime, I suggest you fill out the recovery form: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

Note: Try to add as much information as possible to this form. This allows the team to verify that you are the account owner. We recommend that you complete this form on a computer that has previously logged into your account, as this form may capture computer information that can be used to verify that your computer is a trusted device for your Microsoft account.



While the community forums cannot capture and save your account information due to privacy restrictions, I also recommend that you create a new account and contact the online chat support department to investigate your account issue in a separate window, which will not compromise your privacy and will make it easier to resolve your issue, as described in the steps below:

1. Visit this website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
   

1. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, account, etc.
   
2. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
   
3. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose Other Products
   
4. On the Category tab, choose Managing profile information.
   
5. Go to Confirm.
   
6. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
   

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

I guess that works too ...... if you're the kind of person who doesnt leave the house so they wont get struck by lightening.

I've been playiong since release and have only gotten into 2 suspicious lobbies ..... well one was suspicious, the other was definitely a modded lobby. I dashed and had no issues.

Have you gotten any emails about suspicious behavior or activity on the account? Or is it as simple as you forgot your password

I do know the login to the account however whenever i try to login it says "suspicious activity detected" and requires me to verify through the deleted email. and i dont remember enough of the info i put in to get the verification. I was a little kid,
i just put in random things for my date of birth and name. I dont remember tbh

I've never personally experienced this issue, however, I would recommend that you report any suspicious activity that you may experience.
