    I've got Xbox Live Gold but can't play online.


    Used a 3 month Xbox Live Gold code for about 5 days ago. It says I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription ending 2018-02-24, but when I try to play online it says:

    (on Forza Horizon 3) "You must have an Xbox Live Gold Membership to use this feature"

    (on Battlefield 1) "MISSING MULTIPLAYER PRIVILEGES"

    NAT type = open

    All services availble

    I've tried hard resetting the xbox, signing into another account and changed NAT from strict to open.

    Account shouldn't be under aged since I've played both games online before.

    my Xbox Live Gold isn't working can't play online it keeps saying to bye Xbox Gold but I have renewed it and I need some help my internet is good it worked for a few hours and it's not

    Yup, i've got this error : PBR40441

    And they said - i have to wait, cuz i can't buy it again, but still i can't play online.

    It seems like i've got Xbox live gold (in informations about xbox account in microsoft site), but i cant play online.

    So it looks like i've got XLG(site), but i dont have it (console).

    So, i know ur answer - i can wait 30 days, or i have to call to microsoft support, right ? :)

    Is there some sort of free Xbox Live Gold weekend today? I'm playing Dark Souls and I seem to have the online features even though I've not got a subscription.

    I can't play anything online in GFWL

    To play online you need Xbox live GOLD. If you have the free account or the Xbox live silver account then you can't play online. So I'm sorry but you're going to have to pay for Xbox live Gold in order to play online. I hope this helped!

    But what is the use of a xbox live gold trial if you can't play online?

    On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.
