I've got user name but don't remember email related to it

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

I got one like a week ago from them. It was a message saying remember your user name and password so you can easily log into your new xbox one.

I would think people who don't use the forum might not remember the email/password they use for the xbox live account.

I'm having an issue similar to this. This account is associated with this email, and I've never even used this name, and this email used to be associated with one of my main accounts, and I don't remember ever having switched the Live ID.

the last time i remember i was able to play was around 17 or 19 but on the day 24 i got a "password reset code" which i don't remember asking for and the email doesn't seems to be mine because, my main email has my full name but this email only has my name with the number 5. Next thing what i did was send a message to it seeing if it would go through but i got another email saying "message wasn't delivered" and "the address couldn't be found"

You're saying you don't remember the email, but you remember the username and password? Just sign into Xbox.com using your user name and password and go to "my account" it will say your listed email address there. Then on your new Xbox, click the Xbox guide
button on your controller, sign out of any account that is signed in and click "download gamertag". You will be prompted for your email and password.
