    Hello, I am member of Xbox Live Rewards since now more than 3 years and it has always worked correctly.

    But since quite a long time, I encounter problems receiving my points and I am way more over 5'000.

    Your support send some e-mails saying there are some troubles for depositting the credits and that I need to change things on my facturation informations.

    I think I know where the problem is, one of my facturation address is wrong and I would like to delete it but I can't ! Please I really need some help, I've tried everything.

    Only the address in France is correct, the other need to be deleted and I'm sure it is the cause of the problem !

    Please answer me this time.

    I have problems to get my money when I reach 5.000 reward credits. It is maybe due to the fact that there are some problems in my facturation informations. I have two different addresses and it is completely wrong, only one (in France) is correct and the
    other (in Belgium, I don't know how or why) is completly uncorrect. I need to delete the Belgium one but I don't know how.

    Maybe that will solve the problem (because it started when I noticed this new address) but I am not even sure.

    Please, I need some help from you guys.

    I should precise that I NEVER changed my location, I am still living in the very same place that I did when it worked correctly but there is just a wrong facturation address and this might be the problem. This is very annoying because there are 12.000 credits

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regarding your incorrect information, unfortunately, we cannot adjust your account information in any way. You would have to reach out to xbox support for issues with your billable accounts, such as at (support.xbox.com/contact-us).
    This may be related to your deposit issue.
