    I wanted to pay for Metro Redux Bundle, that is in 75% lower price now, and everything is going OK until code sending process.

    Problem is, that until activation code arrives at my phone, buying session goes expired and i can't do anything.

    Does anyone know how could i solve it?

    BTW, sorry for my english

    Hi there,

    you might want to check http://account.microsoft.com and check the payment option and transactions to see if any possible causes are showing there.

    I've never heard that this was actually an option, but that could be me and different per region.

    If you can't find any cause on that link then I suggest contacting Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support chat, they should be able to dig a little deeper in a billing issue like this.

    For the last few months ive been using my phone contract to purchase games through the xbox store yet as of the last week the option is greyed out when i select payment methods.

    Ive tried removing the phone and re adding it and still have the same result.

    Anyone have any ideas why this might be?

    I've got a problem

    I would do this but it won't let me access anything all i get is a black screen, and it says "signing you in" for about five to ten minutes then it loads into a black screen. I cannot do anything in the mean time.
