I’ve got an Xbox one x and haven’t got the 50,000 Microsoft rewards

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support. However, since that would have been before the app was created, the purchase is most likely outside of the promotion window and would not be eligible.

This is exactly the same whats happened to me, i bought the xbox one x and farcry 5 gold edition. with the rewards site saying id receive 50,000 points for the xb1x and 6000 points for farcry, ive got 735 point available... whats going on?? haha

I’ve got 3 years of ultimate stacked up and I think at this point I haven’t played for any of it. With ambassador program, reward program, and the alienware promotion I won’t have to pay anything for hopefully a long time.

I got new hdmi cable and didn’t fix it a few weeks ago. It’s 100% the Xbox firmware honestly. I’ve tried controllers, got new monitor, new hdmi, every single possible setting on the Xbox. Only thing I haven’t tried is get a new Xbox. So I’m going to get series s and sell me series x

I’ve done all of this before and it’s not working, I’ve also got a second issue that I’ve mentioned. For my friends there activity only stays as when they were last online, even when they haven’t changed their settings and have been on their Xbox and also on the about section, it says that’s they’ve played a game at a time that they haven’t.
