I've got a problem

Discus and support I've got a problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cant open the xbox app on my desktop, it shows the green loading screen with the xbox logo for about 1 sec and than the app closes.     I cant open the xbox app on my desktop, it shows the green loading screen with the xbox logo for about 1 sec and than the app closes. Pls help me !!

    Yeah, when i turn on the console, the picture on the tv does'nt show up, i have looked it up on xbox support, and when i do as they say, the console just goes off, i cant play, because the picture on my tv does'nt show up, i hear from the tv that it works,
    but no picture, can someone help me

    Hey there.

    Sorry to hear about your display troubles! If you haven't already, please make sure you check out our
    Blank Screen Troubleshooter. There's a step to reset your display settings in there, please make sure you give that
    a go. Keep us updated with how it goes I've got a problem :)

    Sorry to hear about the app crashing, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app yet to see if that helps?

    I would do this but it won't let me access anything all i get is a black screen, and it says "signing you in" for about five to ten minutes then it loads into a black screen. I cannot do anything in the mean time.

    We are sorry that this issue has come, we suggest clearing out the game cache since it might be a corrupt file causing this error.
