I've got a communication ban that needs to be lifted please

I was playing gta 5 online and encountered a guy that was sending me abusive messages i have attached a link to one part of the conversation (my text is in blue) I got suspended for standing up for myself. I was telling him to leave me alone he was constantly
harassing me and sending me hate messages because of conflict between our crews in the game. This is a misunderstanding and this guy is getting away with it. Please help me.

I'm having issues with communications

My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com

It's also not a good idea to post the offensive messages on the forums.

The best thing you can do when this happens is to just report the message and not respond, the enforcement teams do not visit the forums as Smwutches mentioned. The only course of action you can take is to file a
Case Review. That can only happen if the suspension is more than a 24 hour suspension though.

You can also try
removing the account profile from the console,
give the system a power cycle, and add the account again. Don't worry, your game saves are stored in the cloud, and game installations on the HDD should be left intact.

try removing the account from the console and then re adding it and see if that clears it up.
