I've forgotten my password and needed email

I apologize but according to Xbox support:

"Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

I have here methods on how you can possibly locate the email address that you may have used. Do you have an Xbox console in your household? You can check it from there.

"If you're already signed in on an Xbox console, look in the upper-left corner of the Home screen. You should see your gamertag, name, and the email that's used to sign in rotating there."

I know my username for my Xbox account but i've forgotten the password AND the email. I tried to call microsoft but that was too much of a hassle, any help here?

Youd have to somehow figure out what email address you used. Microsoft wouldn't be able to tell you that particular piece of info.

i'm having the same problem i recovered my profile to my mates last night and now can't recover it back to mine i've been trying to since this morning i emailed the help thing but i'm trying to email it again but i've forgotten how to get there and this
website isn't very user friendly and i've forgotten the password to the email adress i said for them to send the reply to my number given to me by them for futher references was 1162487518

As you don't remember your account email, I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too. (SkypeID also works)

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

Please note that no one here including Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links for security policies

You need to get in contact with support for your region with all the details you can remember. They may be able to reset the password for you.
